23–26 June 2026 | 10th Biostatistics Summer School

The 10th Biostatistics Summer School took place in Strobl from 23 to 26 June, with just under 30 international participants. The focus was on the topic „Surrogate Endpoint Evaluation in Clinical Trials“, which was covered by Geert Molenberghs (Hasselt University and KU Leuven), Ariel Alonso (KU Leuven) and Wim Van der Elst (Janssen Pharmaceutical, Johnson & Johnson) through a combination of theoretical and practical presentations.

The event was sponsored by the ÖSG, the IBS-DR, the IBS-ROeS, the Intelligent Data Analytics Lab Salzburg and the Centre for Trustworthy Data Science and Security at the University of the Ruhr.
